Electric vehicles are now becoming the future of the transportation because they secure a long-term answer to the problem of fueling and they greatly reduce the earth's air pollution. The first electric car that was made was in the year 1835. I had no clue that society back then had a reason to even research such an idea. The only problem is that nobody made sure the research never stopped. It was not until about 15 years ago that extensive research was being done again. In 1992, Congress approved and President Bush signed the National Emergency Policy Act, which stated that the consumption of petroleum in the U.S. will be reduced by ten percent by the year 2000 and thirty percent by the year 2030. Since this announcement, even more companies and research teams have jumped on the electric vehicle production wagon. Automobile manufacturer giants such as Honda, GM and Chrysler put millions of dollars into research teams so that electric cars would be available to the public as early as 1996. Also, since the National Emergency Policy Act was passed electric vehicles have been promoted greatly all over the country and the Government even offers tax breaks for owners of electric vehicles. The main reason the electric car never really made it, was because the battery technology. That is being cured by the use of lithium batteries. Batteries are getting smaller and smaller, and the power they retain is getting more and more. In the near future, electric cars will be as common as gas cars. The problem of fuel and global warming rely on it.

This research paper analyzes the difference between hip-hop music and rap music. The author sates that hip-hop is more artistic and emotional. Rap music is viewed as obscene and abuses the influential power its lyrics have over he listeners. Young people are especially affected by the obscenity of this type of music. The authors adds that hip hop is often confused with rap music; although hip hop is also uses very open-minded lyrics it has what the author calls substance, or class. The author describes the positivism of the artists of the hip hop movement and how they aim to clean up the streets so that the youth can live more prosperous lives, while hip hop is more rebellious toward the government; for instance, it in some ways persuade the youth to think that its ok to sell drugs if you’re a young black male, because it’s the quickest easiest way to make money. This is the leading cause of the corrupt world we live in as students.

I have tackled a very fresh media topic for these days. Everyday people and the media have publicly scrutinized pit bulls unwarrantedly. The simple fact is a dog is only as violent as the owner let’s them to be or trains them to be. Point blank the owners of these animals should be held financially and criminally responsible for their dogs actions.

As if abusing a child is not bad enough, some adults do not think of the consequence it can have on the youngster. The effects that abuse has on children and adolescents can vary from mild to severe and can occur at various times during their lives. Some of the victims have symptoms that are noticeable right away. An example of this would be if a child is sexually abused, he or she has more knowledge about sexual relations for what his or her age is. Another is that the child acts out sexually towards other children. Some of these effects can occur later in life because the victim has suppressed these horrible memories. As an adult, he or she may be depressed or have anxiety problems. The victim may also find themselves in abusive relationships and may be victims again. Yet in some cases of abuse, the victim acts out in the most heinous ways. Because the child has been maltreated on such a violent level and over a long period of time, he or she believes that this is the way everyone is treated and is the “norm” in society. The following paper will explore this particular behavior and the crimes committed by child abuse victims.

Are Steroids More Positive or Negative?

Steroids have many negative and positive effects. An overall opinion of general society is that steroids are more detrimental than beneficial. Professional sports associations have seen many scandals in the past few years dealing with steroids, and, in turn, they have started testing athletes for steroids. The general public’s opinion on steroids also converges with the sports associations: both publicly consider steroid use as cheating. However, many athletes improve their statistics using steroids, therefore making their sport more exciting to watch and listen to. The looming question that emerges is whether steroids are on balance more positive or negative for athletes and the professional sports industry. There are many instances where steroids ruined lives of a user and his family. On the other hand, there are many instances where steroids were able to help an athlete perform at a level of performance that would have been unachievable without the use of steroids, thus, helping them to acquire bigger contracts, and ultimately better lives. There always will be consequences for steroid use, but if used responsibly, the consequences may be petty compared to the benefits.

This project is about the different religions in the world and how they are close to each other. To know how they are close, first it is explained each religion, just the 5 most important religion, such as, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, and Buddhism. Each religion has its own rules, own holy book, own God, own leader of the religion and own beliefs. The question is if they could be the same religion but just with different names. Some people thought that the religion is “the way for the human being use to escape from the reality” as Nietzche said long time ago. So that means there are two worlds: the real world where the people are scared of each other and they can not live there because they are afraid of each other, and the other world, that one in which god is the answer for this question that they do not have answer. Maybe god, Alha or Javhe are the same God, but with different names. It could be prove for example that God and Javhe could be the same God because it is said in the Bible that Jesus was Jew, so his God was Javhe, so he is the son of Javhe...but following the Talmud, the holly book for Jews, it is said that Jesus was not the one who they were waiting, so, because of that, they are still waiting for some one who will free them. What about Jesus and Krishna? The history of their lives have common things; they both lived in the poverty, they tried to explain what god told them, and they both were wanted by the government of that time...
All these things make think that maybe, in the beginning of our lives, there was just one religion, but, then, the people decided to find their own religion with own names using the one that they already known.

The research on the gaming market expansion is trying to figure out if is a good or bad thing. Companies in video gaming are now focusing more in more on the mass public and the casual gamer. If the current trend continues the people who helped make gaming what it is will be left behind and will have to find a new hobby.

I firmly believe that no matter for what reason it is wrong to unearth a grave. I believe that it is very disrespectful to maltreat a sacred resting place. Once lived a nation that was so advanced and so intelligent that they stayed unchanged for most of their rein. This was a nation filled with magical people. Many nations craved the statues and artifacts that were robbed and disrupted in the deserts of Egypt. I will go into detail on the accounts of these ancient people, and their beliefs on the afterlife. Today we have Presidents, and ambassadors, the ancient Egyptians worshiped a Pharaoh as if they were gods. Many archeologists of today remind me of the grave robbers of the ancient times. They sabotage, vandalize, and disrupt the resting places of these ancient people every day. I will open your eyes to the modern day grave robbing of the ancient Egyptian civilizations. The art of mummifying is a very complex art, and has a deep meaning that many of today's people do not practice. I will go into detail on how and why the Egyptians preserved the bodies of the great pharaoh, and priests. These remarkable people went to great lengths to make sure that intruders would not disrupt the resting of the great ones, and our recent natives to this world have done just that. Curiosity has bastardized these people, and the lands in which they rest.
